Rainwater Harvesting Filters

Safe to drink the rainwater, and to some extent, it was safe.

Rainwater Harvesting Filters

Rainwater harvesting Filters are very important to making the water usable in any rainwater harvesting system and are used to filter debris from the rain-water as it flows from the collection roof before it enters the storage tank.
Rainwater harvesting tank filters are suitable for new and existing water storage tanks including PE, GRP and concrete tanks
Less cost.
Helps in reducing the water bill.
Decreases the demand for water.
Reduces the need for imported water.

About Rainwater Harvesting

Rains are beautiful; we all have drenched ourselves in the rain shower and tried to catch the rain droplets in our mouth. It seemed safe to drink the rainwater, and to some extent, it was safe. But since then, times have changed, more importantly, the environment has changed. When we started harvesting rainwater on our rooftops or in percolation tanks, the stored water was not trusted to be drinkable in its raw state.

Rainwater Harvesting Filter

  • First of its kind rainwater harvesting filter featuring self-cleaning by auto flush out of dirt and debris, making it maintenance free.
  • No stagnation of  water/impurities inside the filter, thereby eliminates contamination.
  • Efficient filtration under variable rain intensities by unique working principles of cohesive force and centrifugal force. Efficiency >90%
  • Easy to install, comes with all the required wall mount fittings and detailed installation manual (user guide).
  •  360 degrees rotatable inlet/outlet, to suit any given site conditions.
  • Works on Gravitational Force and does not require any external energy.
The filter functions on Principal of Cohesive force at low intensity & Centrifugal force during high intensity of rainfall. In both situations, involving Low & High Intensity of rainfall, the working principle of the filter based on Cohesive & centrifugal force respectively, aids the filter element to flush out automatically the dirt & debris through the Open Drain Outletand simultaneously divert clean water into the storage sump or recharging well through the Clean Water Outlet, the filter water can be used for reutilization or recharging of Groundwater source.
